The business plans to utilise the money to grow its line of artificial intelligence solutions, which includes Automate, to assist e-commerce companies in automating customer service.
Romain Lapeyre and Alex Plugaru founded Gorgias in 2015, offering an AI-powered e-commerce customer experience platform. It combines marketing and automated customer service, powered by state-of-the-art conversational AI.
