Gumloop raised a $50m Series B to make this a reality by building the most usable, flexible and secure AI automation & agent platform that enables every employee to become AI-native.
Benchmark led the round with participation from Nexus VP, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Box Group, The Cannon Project and Shopify Ventures.

Gumloop has become the go-to place for employees to build agents and AI-driven automations within many of the most AI-forward companies on earth such as Shopify, Ramp, Gusto, Samsara, Instacart, Opendoor and more.
Since day 1, our goal has been the same: free people of their repetitive tasks so they can focus on the uniquely human parts of their jobs.
Our form factor has evolved as foundation models have (dramatically) improved, but we’ve been building on the same core tenets: give people UX they rave about, provide them access to every model-provider so they have the right model for every task, connect their data, and embed the security features to make it all safe & compliant.
Some people reading this may associate Gumloop with drag-and-drop workflow building. If that’s still your perception of the platform, I urge you to try Gumloop again. Workflow building is still a powerful feature but we’ve evolved into so much more.
Let me reintroduce the core pieces of what we now offer:
Gumloop Agents: Proactive AI agents that anyone at a company, from the marketing intern to the CEO, can build in minutes, connect to hundreds of apps and deploy natively across workspaces (Slack, Teams, Email).
Gumloop: The core platform that lets teams collaborate on, build, share and orchestrate agents & automations across their business.
Gumstack: The platform we built specifically for security teams to monitor and control data use across their organizations’ agents. Gumstack tracks all data usage, not only on Gumloop. The tool calls across your organization from Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, internal custom agents, are all logged and auditable in Gumstack. Deploy agents in a way that gives security teams complete clarity and confidence in the rollout.
The focus on making Gumloop the tool that everyone at a company can use, not only technical people, is a key reason for our recent inflection. We sit with users daily and let their feedback shape every product update. We’ve flown to their offices, have sat on thousands of customer calls, ran hundreds of workshops, shipped features they’ve asked for same-day, and answered over 8k customer questions in private Slack channels.
We were in no rush to raise but the rapid, drastic improvement in LLMs over the past 6 months definitely accelerated our roadmap. We’ve been building the authentication-layer, enterprise observability and security features, alongside our UX for 2 years and the models are finally good enough to tie it all together. It’s the perfect storm.
We’re stepping on the gas and made the easy decision to partner with Benchmark, specifically Ev Randle. Before I had my first meeting with him, he already understood our whole business: he’d done deep dives with our customers and understood their pain points and use cases better than any investor we’d ever spoken to.
