Harmonic Raises $120M in Series C Funding

We’re excited to announce that we’ve raised $120 million in Series C funding to support our rapid progress in developing the world’s most advanced mathematical reasoning model. Led by Ribbit Capital, the round values Harmonic at $1.45 billion and included significant participation from Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, Kleiner Perkins and Emerson Collective as a new investor.

Our flagship model, Aristotle, was the first model to produce formally verified solutions to five of six 2025 International Math Olympiad problems, achieving gold medal level performance while ensuring accuracy and eliminating hallucinations.

Aristotle is now in the hands of mathematicians and researchers, who are using it to accelerate progress across many fields, like cryptography, topology, and scientific computing. They are already using it to prove open conjectures and find errors in LLM-generated proofs, ushering in a new era of scientific collaboration and discovery. “Ribbit’s renewed investment reflects the tremendous technical achievements Harmonic has already made,” said Nick Shalek, General Partner at Ribbit Capital. “We’re proud to deepen our partnership as Aristotle continues to demonstrate what Mathematical Superintelligence can achieve in the real world.”
