Chris Bailey holds the credentials of Certified Insurance Counsellor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), and he has been a key member of Hotchkiss Insurance for the last nine years. Chris concentrates on business clients and has a significant influence on the development and mentorship of new advisers at Hotchkiss.
Chris, a marketing graduate from Texas Tech University, epitomises Hotchkiss culture with his keen grasp of the local market and his enthusiastic participation in the community through the Hotchkiss Helps Committee.

Serving a range of business and private clients, Chase Fondren has eight years of experience at Hotchkiss Insurance and specialises in construction risk. In addition, Chase is a certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and Certified Insurance Counsellor (CIC).
His involvement on other boards, such as the Fondren Foundation and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), is another indication of his leadership. A Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies from Texas A&M University is part of Chase’s educational history.
Originally from Texas, Dustin Rivera holds a degree in business from SMU Cox School of Business and has worked in the property and liability insurance sector for more than 16 years. During his career, Dustin has founded and sold a branch office to Hotchkiss, as well as built many private client books of business.
He brings a sophisticated grasp of the specific demands of high-net-worth clients to his role as Personal Lines Practice Leader, where he specialises in offering complete coverage solutions.
