The deal’s total value was not made public. The complementing features of IFS and Copperleaf together give businesses more software capabilities. In order to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness, customers will have access to cutting-edge Industrial AI-powered software for managing every aspect of the assets that are vital to their business, throughout their lifecycle.

Under the direction of CEO Paul Sakrzewski, Copperleaf is a cutting-edge supplier of AI-powered enterprise Asset Investment Planning and Management (“AIPM”) software to businesses in the transportation, energy, natural gas, water, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Customers may make better decisions about where and when to invest in their businesses by using the data and insights provided by the programme. National Grid, Manitoba Hydro, and ONE Gas all utilise it.

The purchase of Copperleaf is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to the fulfilment of these and the other closing conditions outlined in the arrangement agreement.
