Hopscotch Primary Care, a Chicago, IL-based provider of a technology-enabled primary care model serving patients in rural communities, has raised $53 million in a Series D financing Round led by 8VC and Townhall Ventures.

The round also saw participation from aMoon Fund, Citi Impact Fund, Alumni Ventures, K2 HealthVentures, Autism Impact Fund (AIF), John Doerr, Dr. Richard Merkin, and the Leon Levine Foundation.

The company will use the capital to expand access to primary care, enter new rural markets, and scale its technology-powered operations.
