IntBot and Certis Group Partner to Scale Enterprise Physical AI
May 26, 2026 | By Startuprise io

IntBot, which develops social intelligence technology for embodied AI, and Certis announced a strategic partnership to develop socially intelligent robot applications for enterprise and public-facing environments in Singapore.
The partnership combines IntBot’s social intelligence technology with Certis’s expertise in managing complex operations.
Together, the companies will develop humanoid concierge and service robots designed for real-world environments, where the robots must interact naturally with people while maintaining safety, reliability, and high service standards.
The partnership will support customer-facing services such as navigation assistance, visitor support, multilingual communication, customer service, and frontline operational help across industries including transportation, hospitality, healthcare, retail and public venues.
By combining social intelligence technology with Certiss humanoid robotics capabilities, the collaboration aims to create robots that are more adaptive, intuitive and able to interact naturally with people instead of only following fixed tasks or scripted workflows.
The partnership between Certis and IntBot reflects the growing adoption of Physical AI, as socially intelligent robots move from testing stages into real-world operations.
As IntBot expands its enterprise Physical AI platform, the collaboration shows that its social intelligence technology and deployment model are ready for use in busy public environments across Singapore and other markets.
For Certis, the partnership supports its larger robotics strategy of combining people, processes, systems, and machines into one operational technology model.
Certis will help design use cases, workflows, and deployment requirements so humanoid robots can support frontline teams and improve service in complex operating environments.

"With multimodal models maturing, the decisive bottleneck for embodied AI shifts from task manipulation to human interaction," said Lei Yang, CEO and co-founder of IntBot. "A robots success in public spaces is increasingly measured by its ability to engage people and Singapores smart infrastructure leadership makes it the ideal launchpad for Physical AI. Partnering with Certis ensures our intelligence layer is backed by world class operational reliability."
"The next phase of enterprise robotics will not be defined by autonomy alone, but by how well robots can work with people in real operations," said Raahul Kumar, Chief Executive, International & Robotics and Chief Strategy Officer, Certis. "Certis designs and runs complex frontline environments every day, so our role is to help turn promising robotics capabilities into practical operating models. By combining IntBot's social intelligence technology with our experience in operational design and deployment, we can create humanoid robot applications that support frontline teams in demanding roles and make everyday public interactions simpler and more intuitive."
