If you’ve ever run wholesale operations at a CPG brand, you know the drill. It’s 6pm, you’re toggling between your tenth disconnected system — an EDI portal here, a freight broker there, a spreadsheet that somehow became the backbone of your supply chain — and you’re wondering why this still feels so manual.
That frustration is exactly why Rezi and I built Jampack AI. And today, I’m proud to announce that we’ve raised a $3.2 million seed round led by Maveron, with participation from Timber Grove Ventures and a group of angel investors who know this industry inside and out.

The Problem I Lived Every Day
Before Jampack, I ran logistics and sales operations at N!CK’S, where I helped scale the business from zero to $40 million in sales in under 18 months. The growth was exhilarating — and the operational reality was brutal. Every new retail door meant more purchase orders to process, more freight quotes to chase, more invoices to reconcile by hand. The tools existed, but none of them communicated. I watched entire days disappear into work that should have taken minutes: copying data between systems, emailing freight brokers, manually keying in ASNs.
The problem wasn’t any single tool. It was the messy middle — the connective tissue between all of them. That gap is where brands bleed time, money, and momentum. And it’s the gap we built Jampack to close.
Building With the Right Co-Founder
I couldn’t ask for a better partner in this than Rezi Tsulukidze, my co-founder and CTO. Rezi and I have known each other since high school, and his background sits at the intersection of AI and high-stakes decision-making. Before Jampack, he founded a medtech startup in partnership with the UK ambulance service, building technology that helped first responders act faster with better information.
It turns out wholesale operations and emergency response share more DNA than you’d expect: fragmented systems, time-sensitive coordination, and a constant need to execute with imperfect data. Rezi brings that same urgency and technical rigor to everything we build at Jampack.
What Jampack AI Actually Does
Jampack is an AI-native System of Action that automates the entire wholesale order-to-cash lifecycle — from the moment a purchase order lands to fulfillment and final payment. Our agentic platform doesn’t ask brands to rip and replace the systems they already rely on. Whether you’re running on spreadsheets, QuickBooks, or a full ERP like NetSuite, Jampack integrates with what you have and eliminates the manual data entry and coordination that drains your team.
The results our customers are seeing speak for themselves: 90% reduction in manual entry, 50x faster order-to-cash cycles, and up to 30% savings on freight through automated benchmarking. We’re reclaiming hundreds of hours per week for teams that would rather spend that time growing their brand than wrangling spreadsheets.
We publicly launched five months ago, and we’re already processing over $500 million in annualized wholesale volume. Brands like Fishwife, Immi, Sanzo, Ghia, and Path Water trust us to run their operations — and that’s something we take seriously every single day.
Why We Chose Maveron
We wanted a lead investor who understood consumer brands at a fundamental level — not just enterprise SaaS metrics. Maveron, co-founded by Howard Schultz, has spent decades backing companies that serve consumers, and they immediately understood what we were building and why it matters.
