JobNimbus, a software company for the roofing industry, has raised $330 million from Summer Equity Partners. The company plans to use the funds to speed up product development, invest in AI-powered features, and grow its team to meet the needs of its customers in the roofing sector.
It also plans to hire more people, particularly in engineering, product development, and customer support. The software helps contractors manage their businesses more efficiently, allowing them to quickly create quotes, order materials, and manage projects—all in one platform.

As part of the investment, Jason Babcoke, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sumeru, will join the JobNimbus board. Other board members joining from Sumeru include Chris Litster, Paul Mercadante, Jack McCabe, and Blake Shott. Vinay Kashyap and KC Kanoff from Mainsail Partners will also remain on the board.
Existing investors, including founder and CEO Ben Hodson, co-founders Nick and Jason Wood, and Mainsail Partners, will continue to support the business.
