The move toward delivery affects everything from site selection and channel strategy to margins and efficiency. Loop AI’s technology helps restaurant operators grow delivery revenue while maintaining in-store-level margins through intelligent workflows.
“Delivery is the new drive-thru and will drive the next decade of growth for restaurants. As more consumers choose takeout and delivery, our mission to make delivery more profitable has never been more important,” said Anand Tumuluru, co-founder and CEO of Loop AI.
“We’re grateful to both new and returning investors in our Series A. Their support lets us provide restaurants with the tools they need to succeed as consumer habits and the industry evolve.”
“Loop AI has become a key technology for growing our delivery business,” said Robert Linder, CFO of California-based casual dining chain Lazy Dog. “Its capabilities help us reach customers more effectively and scale our delivery operations with greater efficiency and accuracy.”
In 2025, the U.S. delivery market is worth about $140 billion with a 10% market share. By 2035, it is expected to reach $1 trillion and capture 30% of the market. As the fastest growing channel, delivery is reshaping restaurants from traditional back of house operations into dynamic customer focused businesses.
“Over the past few years, Loop has helped us see third-party delivery as a profitable growth channel,” said Aaron Noveshen, founder of The Culinary Edge and CEO of fast-casual brand Starbird. Loop’s technology gives us better insights into customer behavior and preferences, helping us improve how we serve them. We look forward to continuing this strong partnership.”
