Materna Medical Raises $5M in B3 Financing led by InnovaHealth Partners

Materna Medical, a Mountain View, CA-based novel OBGYN platform company, has raised $5 million in a B3 financing series led by InnovaHealth Partners, Wavemaker360 Health, and Band of Angels, with continued support from existing investors.
The company plans to use the funding to complete the EASE pivotal trial, expand access to the Milli® platform ahead of the expected launch of the Ellora™ Obstetrical System, increase manufacturing capacity, prepare for the commercial launch of Ellora, and strengthen market access as its new reimbursement code is now active.
With this funding, Materna is well positioned to complete pre-commercial activities and prepare for the launch of the Ellora Obstetrical System, supporting its mission to improve womens pelvic health outcomes.
