The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and support development.
Mave Health is a neurotech company. Its wearable device is designed to improve mood, focus, and stress control in just 20 minutes a day.
The Mave headset uses gentle electrical stimulation to support the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain linked to focus, emotional control, and stress response. Users wear it for 20 minutes a day while working, reading, meditating, or doing daily activities. It is easy to use and requires no effort to learn.
Most users notice improvements within 15 to 20 days, and the benefits can grow over time. The companion app lets users log sessions, adjust settings, and track progress without collecting brain data.
Mave launched with more than 500 beta users before its public release last month. Based on self-reported results after four weeks of use:
- 80% reported productivity gains of more than 60%
- Users reported an average mood improvement of 77%
- 75% reported stress reductions of over 50%
The wearable headset is designed to support daily mental wellness and mental performance. Its core technology, called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), has been studied for more than 25 years in over 10,000 published research papers worldwide. It has a strong safety record and is suitable for home use. Mave brings this science to a lightweight, easy-to-use device.
Mave is available for pre-order at $495 with no subscription fees. Shipping will start in April 2026 for customers in the United States and India.
The Mave headset weighs 100 grams and can last up to one month on a single charge with regular use. Each session takes 20 minutes and uses 1–2 mA of stimulation to target the prefrontal cortex.
The headset does not collect brain data or require constant internet access. Its companion app can also connect with popular fitness wearables, helping users track links with sleep quality, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and other health metrics.
“The brain is one of the most important systems we use every day, but modern life puts it under constant pressure. We expect it to perform well without giving it the support it needs,” said Dhawal Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Mave Health. “Rather than relying on short-term boosts with long-term downsides, we focus on strengthening the systems behind focus, mood, and stress control. Our goal is to use neurotechnology that is safe, effective, and easy to use.”
“Most people only think about mental health when they face a problem,” said Dhawal Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Mave Health. “That is why my co-founders, Jai Sharma, Aman Kumar, and I started Mave. We want to help people take back control of their focus, energy, and clarity so they can perform better and live more fully every day.”
