Massachusetts-based Mobile Pixels secures more than $8m in funding. With the funding, Mobile Pixels will be able to keep working on DUEX Float.

Under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Jack Yao, Mobile Pixels is a manufacturer of thin, lightweight laptop monitors. The company started off by launching DUO on Kickstarter in June 2018.

The campaign went viral almost instantly and raised over $1 million in fundraising from Indiegogo and Kickstarter. With the launch of goods like TRIO, DUEX Plus & DUEX Lite, DUEX Max, Geminos, Trio & Trio Max, and DUEX Float, the company has now launched six more Kickstarter campaigns.

About Mobile Pixels

In 2018, Mobile Pixels Inc. was founded. Jack, the founder, was often annoyed that he could not use a second monitor to increase his productivity. He made the decision to construct a laptop monitor out of a broken laptop because he was experiencing oddly strong nostalgia for the work monitor he used at his former employment.
