The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and support further development.

Nucleus Security, a leader in unified vulnerability and exposure management, is driving a shift from traditional vulnerability scanning to an exposure management platform that turns data into action. Nucleus combines security and asset data from over 200 tools with business context and AI-driven threat intelligence to give organizations a clear, real-time view of risks, helping them prioritize actions and reduce security exposure.

“This investment confirms what our customers already understand: security teams need speed, clear insights, and real results—not more data,” said Steve Carter, co founder and CEO of Nucleus Security. “We help organizations cut through complexity, focus on the most

important risks, and reduce exposure faster in today’s cloud and AI driven environments.”

“Built by industry practitioners, the platform has become the orchestration solution organizations need to unify risk across growing exposure data from IT, cloud, application, and OT environments, without vendor lock-in,” said Connor Heard, Principal at Delta-v Capital. “Vulnerability and exposure management is now a board-level priority, and we believe Nucleus is well positioned to shape the next phase of this market.”

“We invested in Nucleus because the team recognized that exposure management is about taking action,” said Ryan Kruizenga, General Partner at Arthur Ventures. “They have shown strong execution by building a platform that scales with modern organizations, improves operations and turns complex risk data into measurable results. Nucleus has grown from a strong idea into a category-leading company.”

Over the past year, Nucleus has driven a major shift among enterprise customers, as organizations replace costly, custom-built vulnerability management tools that no longer meet their needs. Nucleus offers a reliable and scalable system of record, creating strong growth opportunities for the company in 2026 and beyond.
