Oliver Wyman Appoints Birgit Boykin as Chief People Officer

In her new role, Boykin will work with leaders across Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting to develop a global people strategy that supports the companies’ growth.

She will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while improving the employee experience across hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance, and career development.

Boykin joined Oliver Wyman in 2025 as Chief People Officer for the Americas. In that role, she supported business growth, improved performance management and helped strengthen the leadership team within Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital function.
