Omega Holdings acquires Motor Vehicle Manufacturing-Based Wells Vehicle Electronics

The deal expands Omega Holdings’ capabilities and product offerings in vehicle electronics.

The acquisition will enable Omega Holdings to offer customers a wider range of high-quality aftermarket parts while maintaining strong service and industry expertise.

Integrating the Wells business is expected to improve delivery times, product availability, pricing, and quality across its brands.

Omega Holdings aims to ensure a smooth transition for customers, suppliers and business partners. The acquired aftermarket business will continue operating as a standalone business under Omega Holdings.
