Ossio Secures $50M Senior Credit Facility

Ossio Inc., a Woburn, MA based developer of orthopedic fixation technology, has secured a $50 million senior credit facility led by Horizon Technology Finance Corporation, and Monroe Capital LLC.

The financing includes an initial $40 million provided at closing, with an additional $10 million available to support future growth milestones.

The company plans to use the funds to speed up global expansion, grow its commercial operations, and expand access to its metal-free bone regeneration solutions.

OSSIO is an orthopedic company focused on improving surgical outcomes for patients, physicians, providers, and payors. The company aims to replace traditional metal implants in the global orthopedic fixation market with its OSSIOfiber Intelligent Bone Regeneration Technology. OSSIO develops and manufactures its products in Caesarea, Israel, and runs commercial operations from Palmetto, Florida.
