Ouster and Benchmark Expand Partnership to Scale Volume Production

The collaboration will support high-volume production of Ouster’s new Rev8 OS sensor family for use in industrial, robotics, automotive, and smart infrastructure applications.

As Ouster’s strategic manufacturing partner, Benchmark has played a key role in helping scale Ouster’s products. The partnership uses a highly automated production line designed to support the advanced and rugged design of the Rev8 sensors while enabling a smooth transition to large-scale production.

By leveraging Benchmark’s expertise in microelectronics, and precision optical manufacturing, Ouster ensures its Rev8 OS sensor family meets strict requirements for reliability, and complies with automotive, cybersecurity, and functional safety standards.
