“Few opportunities are more important than shaping the future of work in an AI-driven world.
Pelgo has created a full-service platform that makes high-quality career guidance affordable for any company or university,” said Chieh Huang, CEO and Co-Founder of Pelgo. “In the past, these services were only available to managers and executives. By improving quality and cutting costs, we’re making sure every displaced worker has a clear path into the new jobs created by AI.”
“We invested in Pelgo because they understand how the workforce is changing overall, while also creating tools that help individual workers,” said Jesse Middleton, general partner at Flybridge Capital Partners. “AI is transforming every industry and job, and we believe in Pelgo’s approach that focuses on human potential.”
Huang concludes, “Our main goal over the next 3–5 years is to make career transition services accessible to everyone, not just executives. Pelgo uses technology to provide a better experience at much lower cost, making it available to people at any level, in any company, industry, or university.”
Pelgo is preparing to launch its product in February, beginning with beta tests for businesses. The company plans to hire more AI engineers and career counselors and will focus on connecting with HR leaders at large companies and universities.
