Prokeep, a company that offers a customer communication platform for distributors, has raised $25 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Dahlia Equity Partners, with additional investment from Ironspring Ventures, S3 Ventures, Benson Capital Partners, and others.
The company plans to use the funds to speed up its growth and enhance its tools for generating demand, specifically designed for distributors.
Founded by CEO Jack Carrere, it’s platform helps distributors manage customer communication by centralizing digital messages and creating new sales opportunities, improving both customer experience and efficiency.

It’s platform is used by major distributors like ABC Supply, WinSupply, Johnstone Supply, City Electric Supply, NAPA, and Ferguson. The company has also recently partnered with top manufacturers such as LG, Paccar Parts, High Bar Brands, JCI, Allied Air, and Schneider Electric.
