The new funding will help Prometheum expand as it brings digital assets—including crypto, tokenised assets, and on-chain securities—into mainstream U.S. financial markets through its broker-dealer network. While the company remains focused on developing and promoting on-chain securities, it can now support a broader range of digital asset products as institutions seek integrated access.

Prometheum Capital, a FINRA member and SEC-registered broker-dealer, is authorised for digital asset custody, clearing, and settlement. It can also provide correspondent clearing services for U.S. broker-dealers, allowing them to offer digital assets to customers through existing accounts. Prometheum Capital is onboarding its first clearing partners, giving broker-dealers a way to enter digital asset markets without changing their operations or compliance systems.

Prometheum is developing digitally native, tokenised investment products that operate within U.S. securities markets. By combining on-chain product development with broker-dealer distribution and digital asset custody, the company is bringing digital assets into standard market workflows and helping move capital markets toward blockchain-based systems.

“Earlier funding helped us launch our custodial platform and build our core infrastructure,” said Aaron Kaplan, co CEO of Prometheum Inc. “This new funding lets us work with more product issuers to bring on-chain securities to market faster, while adding more broker-dealers to reach mainstream investors. We’re excited to grow digital markets in 2026.”
