ScaleOps Raises $130M in Series C Funding

ScaleOps, a NYC-based Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management company, has raised $130 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners, and Picture Capital.

The company is valued at over $800 million. The round brought total funding to more than $210million.

The company plans to use the funds to improve its products, expand AI and cloud automation, add new features, grow its global enterprise presence, and scale its engineering and sales teams.

In 2026, demand for cloud and AI infrastructure is growing very fast, but apps are scaling even faster than the systems they run on. Many companies still use manual and outdated tools that can’t handle these fast-changing environments.

Engineering teams spend too much time fixing performance issues instead of building new features. Managing these complex systems manually is hard, leading to wasted time, poor resource use, and higher cloud costs.

ScaleOps solves this by automatically managing and scaling cloud and AI infrastructure in real time. It uses smart decisions to allocate GPU and compute resources, so every AI model or application gets what it needs without human effort.

This helps improve performance and reliability, reduces costs by up to 80%, and allows engineers to focus more on innovation.

ScaleOps works at the heart of some of the world’s most critical systems and is trusted by top companies like Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, Coupa, and other Fortune 500 firms.

The company has grown over 350% in the past year, tripled its team in the last 12 months, and plans to triple it again by the end of the year—showing strong growth and high demand for its AI-driven cloud management solutions.

ScaleOps is working toward a future where companies don’t need to manage infrastructure themselves. Resources will automatically match demand, waste will be reduced, and performance will always stay high.

Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Management means managing cloud systems in real time without manual work. It monitors demand and performance, makes smart decisions, and automatically adjusts resources like GPUs and compute within set rules. This helps AI and applications run smoothly and efficiently at scale.

“Compute is the biggest challenge in the AI era, and most companies are still using outdated ways to manage it,” said Yodar Shafrir, CEO and Founder of ScaleOps. “Manual methods can’t keep up with today’s fast and complex systems. We built ScaleOps to solve this by creating autonomous infrastructure management, so AI and cloud apps can perform at their best. This funding will help us move faster toward making self-managing infrastructure the new standard.”

“ScaleOps is solving a major problem in managing cloud and AI workloads,” said Jeff Horing, Managing Director at Insight Partners. “Their real-time, automated approach matches the speed and complexity needed by modern enterprise applications.”

ScaleOps will also grow its global presence and expand its engineering and sales teams to support its next stage of growth.
