Space-tech company True Anomaly has announced the successful close of a $260 million oversubscribed Series C funding round, combining equity and debt.
The round was led by Accel, with participation from Meritech Capital, and returning investors including Eclipse, Riot Ventures, Menlo Ventures, 645 Ventures, ACME Capital, Space VC, Champion Hill Ventures, and Narya. Debt capital was provided by Stifel Bank.

The fresh capital injection will enable True Anomaly to expand its vertically integrated operations, scale its engineering and product development teams, and further invest in its facility footprint and next-generation defense technologies.

Over the next 18 months, True Anomaly plans to execute several key initiatives:
- Mission X Flight Test 3: A third orbital test in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) under the self-funded “fly, fix, fly” Mission X program, designed to rapidly iterate and validate space systems for real-world performance.
- VICTUS HAZE TacRS Mission: In collaboration with Firefly Aerospace, True Anomaly will demonstrate a full-cycle, tactically responsive space mission to prove the U.S. military’s ability to address in-orbit threats quickly and effectively.
- First Jackal Mission to GEO and Cislunar Space: Launching in 2026, the mission will deploy Jackal spacecraft and the Mosaic software suite to geostationary and cislunar orbits, broadening space situational awareness and defense capabilities.
- Mosaic Software Upgrades: Enhancements will focus on real-time command, control, and autonomous decision-making for military space operations.
- New Product Development: True Anomaly is building an advanced extension of its Jackal spacecraft line, tailored to respond rapidly to on-orbit threats across all orbital regimes.
