Accruent and Carter Synergy Partner to Reduce Downtime

Under the partnership, Accruent will combine Carter Synergys Technical Bureau Services and HVACR expertise with its facilities management platform, helping retailers improve service quality, boost operational efficiency and better manage critical assets across multiple locations.

The partnership strengthens Accruent's support for multi-site facility managers, especially grocery stores and retailers that need to reduce downtime, improve energy efficiency, address labor shortages, and meet regulatory requirements.

By combining Accruent's IoT monitoring and intelligent analytics with Carter Synergy's HVACR and refrigeration expertise, the companies will provide a technical bureau service through a single contract. This gives customers access to specialist support while helping them make better use of asset data.

The combined solution is designed to improve the reliability of refrigeration and building systems, reduce unexpected maintenance, support food safety and environmental compliance, and identify ways to lower energy use across supermarkets and retail locations.

The partnership strengthens Accruent's Maintain, Observe, and Sustain CAFM platform by combining advanced technology, data and industry expertise into a single solution for grocery, and retail businesses. It also enhances the platform's ability to connect asset monitoring, maintenance, and service management, helping retailers standardize operations and make better decisions across their facilities.
