Clay, a NYC-based AI go-to-market company, has raised $115 million in a Series D financing round led by Wellington, at a $7.1 billion valuation.
The round also saw participation from Sequoia, StepStone, Andreessen Horowitz, Perennial, Meritech, DST, CapitalG, BoxGroup, Boldstart, Bloomberg Beta, and Evolution.
The company plans to use the funding to build AI agents for business growth, expand its platform and support a $1 million scholarship program for training GTM engineers.
