Michigan- Based Ionetix Appoints Paul Surdez as Head of Investor Relations

Ionetix Corporation has appointed Paul Surdez as Head of Investor Relations. The company develops superconducting cyclotrons and produces medical isotopes for diagnostic imaging and targeted alpha therapy.

Mr Surdez brings more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, and corporate communications including senior roles at S&P 500 healthcare companies. His appointment follows Ionetixs April 2026 merger with JDEV Acquisition Corp and a related private placement that raised more than $30 million.
Surdez has worked with several public healthcare companies, including Catalent, LabCorp, and Covance. He has advised senior leaders on public disclosures, financial guidance, capital allocation, corporate governance, and M&A.

He has also been recognized as a top investor relations officer in several institutional investor surveys. Surdez holds an M.B.A. and B.S. from Rutgers Business School and an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) credential.
"Ionetix is at a pivotal time as we build out our public company infrastructure, continue scaling up production capacity for medical radioisotopes, and explore additional applications for our particle accelerator technology,” said Kevin Cameron, Chief Executive Officer of Ionetix.
On his appointment, Mr. Surdez commented: "Earlier this year, Ionetix completed its reverse merger and related financing, positioning the Company to share its story with the broader investment community. I was drawn to Ionetix's cyclotron technology platform and the opportunity to help the investment community appreciate its potential across radiopharmaceuticals as well as possible expansion into other verticals."
