About Higgsfield AI

Founded by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, Higgsfield launched its AI video platform publicly in 2025. The platform brings together multiple AI video-generation models with its own creative workflow and interface, allowing users to create and continuously edit video content.

The latest financing marks a significant increase from the company's $1.3 billion valuation earlier in 2026, when Higgsfield raised $80 million. Its Series A financing, announced in January, totaled $130 million.

Higgsfield AI develops generative video technology for creative professionals, marketers, businesses and social media creators.

Instead of relying on a single proprietary video model, the company integrates multiple external models and builds creative workflows around them. This approach allows users to generate, edit and refine video content within the same platform.

Core offerings include:

  • AI video generation
  • Video editing and creative workflows
  • Advertising and social media content creation
  • Enterprise video production tools

The platform had attracted more than 15 million users across 240 countries, according to company information cited in reports.
