apg Solutions Appoints Matt Gialdo as Sales Leader Americas

Matt Gialdo will join apg Solutions as Sales Leader for the Americas, effective June 1. In this role, he will support Walter Heyveart, Global Sales Director, and work closely with the regional sales team to strengthen the sales pipeline, improve the company's go to market strategy and drive growth across the Americas.

Matt brings extensive experience in building, and leading successful sales teams, with a strong focus on growth, execution and customer success. He has held key sales leadership positions at Omron Electronics and Datalogic, where he gained valuable expertise in sales management, channel development, and business growth.

In the coming weeks, Matt will meet with members of the Americas sales team to learn about their priorities, build relationships, and align on strategies for achieving success together.

Earlier this year, Nick Vela joined apg Solutions as Global Sourcing Manager. In this role, he is helping strengthen the company's global supplier management by improving sourcing practices, building stronger supplier relationships, and supporting a more strategic approach to procurement.

apg has also expanded its Information Technology team with the addition of Ryan Tierson and two new business systems specialists. Their expertise will help support enterprise systems, improve process consistency and enhance scalability as the company continues to grow its global operations.
