Arsenal Capital Partners Adds Max Schechter as Head of Industrial Growth Business Development

Arsenal Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on industrial growth and healthcare companies, has announced the appointment of Max Schechter as Managing Director and Head of Business Development for its industrial growth team.

In this role, Mr. Schechter will help expand the firm’s market coverage, build relationships across the industrial sector, and support the development and execution of industrial investment strategies.

Mr. Schechter joins Arsenal from Angeles Equity Partners, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Business Development. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in business development, deal sourcing, fundraising, and investor relations.

He has focused on building repeatable sourcing strategies and developing strong relationships with business owners, management teams, and intermediaries. At Angeles, he led the firm’s business development efforts, supporting investments in lower middle-market industrial companies, including niche manufacturing, industrial services, and specialty distribution. Mr. Schechter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
