AxisCare Receives Strategic Investment From LLR Partners

AxisCare, a Waco, Texas-based provider of home care management software, has received a strategic investment from LLR Partners. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company plans to use the funding to support continued product development and strengthen its organization to serve its expanding customer base better.

AxisCare provides an all-in-one software platform for home care agencies. It helps single and multi-location providers manage scheduling, caregiver operations, electronic visit verification (EVV), client communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

The company also offers revenue cycle management (RCM) services to support billing and reimbursement from government payors, including Medicaid and VA programs. In addition, AxisCare’s Bill & Collect solution helps agencies manage private pay billing and payments more easily by allowing them to accept and reconcile client payments directly within the platform.

AxisCare expanded its product suite in 2025 with the launch of AxisCare Intelligence, a set of AI powered tools designed to improve scheduling, documentation, compliance and business analytics. Together, these capabilities form what the company calls a “System of Action” for home care. This platform not only records agency activity but also actively helps drive scheduling, compliance and care decisions in real time.

AxisCare has been recognized for its product innovation and strong customer satisfaction by leading industry reviewers. The company received 2026 Best in KLAS recognition in its category, and was also included on G2s 2026 Best Healthcare Software list. AxisCare was additionally ranked as the number one home care management software in G2s Home Care Agency Management category, highlighting it's strong performance and user satisfaction in the industry.
