Power Home Remodeling, based in Chester, Pennsylvania, has received a growth investment from Bain Capital, Sixth Street, and Harvest Partners Structured Capital. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company plans to use the funds to grow its business, expand into new areas, and invest in its own operating platform.
Power Home Remodeling has grown steadily over the past decade, gaining a strong position in the large and fragmented home improvement market, and as one of the few national players in exterior remodeling, it stands out with a centralized operating model and its own platform that supports sales, installation, and customer experience at scale, backed by a strong internal culture that develops leaders, has expanded the team to over 5,000 employees, and earned repeated recognition as a top workplace.
“POWER is a market leader and one of the few scaled national players in the fast-growing repair and remodeling sector,” said Cristian Jitianu, a Partner at Bain Capital Special Situations. “The company has built a proven, repeatable model with a differentiated platform and significant runway for continued growth. We look forward to partnering with POWER to support continued innovation and long-term value creation.”
