Enzo Health Raises $20M in Series A Funding

May 5, 2026 | By Startuprise io

Enzo Health, a Lehi, UT-based provider of an AI-driven platform for home health and post-acute care, has raised $20 million in a Series A funding round led by N47. Existing investors Gradient, Tandem Ventures, and Rigby Watts also participated. The raise brought the total amount to $26 million.

The company plans to use the funds to grow into skilled nursing and hospice care by adapting its AI platform to handle its specific clinical, operational, and regulatory needs, helping providers work more efficiently while still delivering high-quality care.

Enzo Health’s AI platform connects and automates home health and post-acute care operations in a single system, covering everything from referrals to payments while reducing compliance risks. Unlike older software that relies on multiple disconnected tools, it helps providers cut costs, improve efficiency, give nurses more time for patient care, and allow patients to receive care in more comfortable settings.

Enzo Health has increased its revenue more than 40 times in the past year and is now used by organizations serving over 500,000 patients each year.

Enzo Health’s AI platform simplifies home health operations by consolidating key workflows into a single system, where Enzo Intake quickly processes referrals from faxes, emails, and PDFs and verifies eligibility in seconds. Enzo Scribe supports real-time clinical documentation and OASIS validation, so charting is completed during visits, and Enzo QA continuously reviews records to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance while reducing reimbursement and regulatory issues.

Zach Newman, co-founder and CEO of Enzo Health, said, "Home health is one of the fastest-growing segments in healthcare due to the rapidly expanding 65+ demographic. But the agencies delivering that care are being squeezed from every direction. Their compliance and operational requirements keep growing, while the solutions they use were never built to handle them. The result is burned-out clinicians, unsustainable turnover, and patients who can't get the care they need. Enzo fixes that."

Vivian Cheng, Partner at N47, said, "Enzo is redefining how home health organizations operate, removing the administrative burden that has long defined the industry and enabling clinicians and agencies to serve more patients. By building an AI-native platform from the ground up, Enzo is enabling a level of automation and efficiency that legacy systems simply can't match. We're proud to back Zach and the Enzo team as they scale their vision for post-acute care. The impact for providers and patients alike will be enormous."

Andrew Brackin, Partner at Gradient, said, "As America ages, home health is becoming one of the most important care settings. Yet the agencies delivering that care are still too often held back by documentation-heavy workflows and fragmented legacy software. The category does not need another disconnected AI point solution. It needs a platform. We led Enzo's seed round because Zach, Dan, and the team were moving exceptionally fast toward a clear and ambitious vision: building the AI-native platform for home health."
