Fintech Startup Convera Announces Partnership with JustLogin

The integration will help companies operating across Singapore and Southeast Asia manage payroll and employee payments across different countries and currencies.

JustLogin customers will be able to make payroll and employee-related payments in up to 16 currencies directly through the platform, while Convera will handle the cross-border payment processing.

As businesses across Southeast Asia expand their regional teams, payroll is becoming an important part of managing employees and entering new markets. The Convera and JustLogin partnership combines HR technology with payment services to make this process easier.

The integration allows payments to be started directly within JustLogin. Key transaction details are securely sent to Convera while payment status and confirmations are returned to the JustLogin dashboard.

Convera will handle customer onboarding and KYC checks as the licensed payment processor. The company operates under the oversight of more than 60 regulators worldwide.

Cross-border payroll and B2B payments are becoming an important part of Southeast Asia’s payments market. The regional B2B payments market was estimated at around $44.5 billion in 2024 and is expected to exceed $105 billion by 2033.

As Singapore-based and multinational companies expand across the region, managing different currencies, payment systems and regulations can be challenging. Integrating cross border payments into HR platforms can make regional expansion easier.
