Coralogix Raises $200M in Series F Funding

Jun 4, 2026 | By Startuprise io

Coralogix, a Boston, Massachusetts-based developer of a data and AI platform for observability, has raised $200 million in a Series F funding round co-led by Advent, CPPIB, and Greenfield.

The round also saw participation from Brighton Park Capital. The round has expanded its total funding to $550 million.

The company plans to use the funding to advance its agentic AI technology, enhance its schema-free telemetry data platform, and expand adoption among global enterprises looking to replace legacy monitoring solutions.

The funding comes at a time when AI is transforming the observability market. AI-powered applications generate much larger and more complex volumes of telemetry data than traditional monitoring tools were designed to handle. At the same time, AI agents are increasingly helping teams investigate incidents, explain system issues, answer operational questions, and manage production environments.

This shift is exposing the limits of older observability platforms. Many legacy tools struggle with growing data volumes, rising monitoring costs and gaps in visibility, making it harder for engineering teams to monitor and manage modern AI driven systems effectively.

Coralogix was built to support modern AI-driven environments with an observability platform designed for large-scale data collection, real-time analytics, open data formats, and customer-controlled storage. In the past, this architecture helped customers store more telemetry data, lower monitoring costs, and gain better visibility into their systems. Today, it provides the data foundation needed for AI systems to investigate issues, analyze performance, and manage complex production environments in real time.

Observability is changing as modern infrastructure becomes more complex. While engineers still use dashboards, alerts and manual analysis to investigate issues, AI is increasingly helping by identifying likely root causes, analyzing system behavior and automating operational tasks before human involvement is needed.

Coralogix is built for this shift. Its streaming analytics engine and flexible architecture allow organizations to store and analyze much larger amounts of production data without significantly increasing costs. The platform’s AI assistant, Olly, along with automated workflow tools, uses the same data foundation to help teams move from manual monitoring toward more automated and intelligent observability without needing to change platforms.

“The architecture was already there,” said Ariel Assaraf, CEO and co-founder of Coralogix. “Long before the industry started talking about AI agents, we built around the idea that observability needed complete data, open access and infrastructure customers could truly control. What’s changing now is the interface layer on top of that foundation. Engineers are no longer the only consumers of observability data. AI systems are becoming operational participants themselves. This funding allows us to accelerate that transition and build the intelligence layer required for the next generation of production operations."

“AI is fundamentally changing the way enterprises operate, and observability is quickly evolving into a core layer of business intelligence,” said Alek Ferro of Advent. “Coralogix has consistently stayed ahead of that transformation, building a platform designed for the scale, speed and complexity of the agentic era. Since our initial investment, the company has continued to accelerate innovation and market adoption, reinforcing our belief that Coralogix is positioned to define the future of AI-powered observability.”

About Coralogix

Founded in 2014 by Ariel Assaraf and Yoni Farin, Coralogix provides observability software that helps engineering teams monitor and analyze system data in real time. The platform includes Olly, an AI powered assistant, along with tools that support manual investigations, AI assisted analysis, and automated workflows. Built on a streaming analytics engine and a flexible data platform, Coralogix captures, and stores complete production data rather than relying on sampled information.
