Courtroom Closes Pre-Seed Funding Led by Precursor Ventures

Jun 12, 2026 | By Startuprise io

Courtroom, a NYC-based company leveraging AI simulation technology for litigation and trial teams, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Pre-Seed funding round led by Neo and Precursor Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Rel Labs, Craig Glidden, Scott Mozarsky, Doak Bishop, Baretz+Brunelle, LexFusion, and others.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its operations and accelerate product development.

High-stakes legal cases, including billion-dollar disputes, major patent lawsuits and mass tort claims, require extensive preparation. As trials approach law firms often bring in experienced trial lawyers and jury consultants to strengthen their strategy.

Even with this support legal teams often have limited insight into how the judge and jury will receive their arguments, witnesses and overall case narrative. As a result they frequently enter the courtroom without fully understanding what factors will have the greatest impact on the final decision.

Courtroom was created to help litigation teams answer a critical question: how can they present and position their case to achieve the best possible outcome with the judge and jury who will ultimately decide it?

The platform allows litigation teams to run private simulations of judges and jurors from the very beginning of a case. By incorporating decision maker perspectives into case planning, teams can evaluate strategies and gain insights in real-time rather than waiting until trial preparation.

Using patent-pending technology with more than 90% accuracy, Courtroom combines decision-maker data, case details, and firm-specific materials to create realistic simulations. Teams can test arguments, damages claims, and case narratives throughout the litigation process, giving them access to advanced jury research that was previously available only in the most expensive and resource-intensive cases.

“Courtroom closes the gap between litigators’ preparation and the decision-makers who will actually determine their clients’ outcomes,” said Elizabeth Grabowski Parikh, co-founder and CEO. Grabowski Parikh holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and began her career at Kirkland & Ellis before leading strategy for a unicorn startup through hypergrowth and successful bet-the-company litigation.

"We've seen firsthand that even the most experienced trial teams are to some degree forced to prepare in the dark. Courtroom gives litigators feedback from their jury and judge from the very beginning to the very end," said Dan Gallipeau, Ph.D., co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Gallipeau brings 40 years and more than 1,000 cases of nationwide litigation experience to Courtroom. He is also co-founder and President of Dispute Dynamics, Inc., one of the country's preeminent trial strategy practices, advising on matters spanning tens of billions of dollars in aggregate liability.
