Dapple Raises $30M in Seed Funding to Scale the Enterprise OS Cloud

Dapple, a NYC-based provider of an operating system for AI infrastructure, has raised $30 million in a Seed funding round from The Raptor Group and Ion Pacific.
The company plans to use the funding to speed up global rollouts and expand its new AI infrastructure category, the Enterprise OS Cloud.
Enterprises that need single-tenant environments, consistent performance, data residency, and strong governance have traditionally had limited options. They either build infrastructure in-house, wait for hyperscaler availability, or rent raw compute without full enterprise controls.
Dapple offers a fourth option. Its Enterprise OS Cloud acts as an operating system that sits above fragmented infrastructure and unifies it into a single, governed deployment.
The Enterprise OS Cloud is built on dedicated, in-country cloud environments that give organizations greater control over their data, stronger security, and consistent performance. The infrastructure is already live and is currently supporting production AI workloads around the world.
Demand for AI infrastructure is growing faster than supply. Many enterprises that need large numbers of accelerators are often behind frontier AI companies that consume far greater capacity. While the infrastructure exists, it is not always easy for most enterprises to access or scale. Dapple addresses this gap by making dedicated, in-country cloud infrastructure available to a wider range of organizations, not just the largest AI model builders.
"Enterprises need infrastructure built for their own workloads, not a shared system that they rent by the hour. We built it dedicated and in-country for the individual enterprise, and it is carrying production load today," said Salam Al-Mosawi, Chief Operating Officer, Dapple.
"We have backed category creators before. Dapple did the rare thing. It proved the category in production before it raised funds to scale. More than $100M in customer contracts in five months of operations is a market telling you it was waiting for this," said Jim Pallotta, Managing Director and Chairman, Raptor Group.

"The demand we see is global. Enterprises everywhere want to run AI inside their own borders, on infrastructure they control. " We are not aware of anyone else who can effectively deliver this," said Michael Joseph, Founding Partner, Ion Pacific. "Dapple can, and it is already live. That is why we backed this round."
"For years, the enterprises with the most to deploy on AI had no good place to run it. The Enterprise OS Cloud ends that choice," said Tricia Martinez, Chief Executive Officer, Dapple. "We did not raise capital to build what exists today. We are building the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure with over $100M in contracts to prove it. This new capital will help us scale exponentially."
About Dapple
Founded in 2025 by Tricia Martinez and Salam Al-Mosawi, Dapple created the Enterprise OS Cloud, a new category of AI infrastructure positioned between public cloud, and private data centers. It provides dedicated, in country, single tenant AI infrastructure designed for regulated enterprises and fast growing digital companies that cannot rely on shared cloud environments for production AI. The founders bring deep experience in large scale infrastructure with teams that have collectively deployed over 300,000 accelerators across enterprise, and hyperscaler environments.
