
U.S. professional services firm Frazier & Deeter has appointed Jeremy Jacobs as a partner to strengthen it's presence in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The appointment follow's the companys acquisition of Pesta Finnie in November 2025, and establishes a dedicated assurance presence in the city.
Jacobs brings more than 10 years of experience working with privately held and middle-market companies across technology, automotive, hospitality, manufacturing, and distribution. His work has focused on leading audit, review, and advisory engagements.
Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance Head, Sean Lager, said adding experienced leaders in key markets will help the firm serve local clients while providing access to its national resources.

Last month, Frazier & Deeter also acquired Gray, Gray & Gray, a professional services firm based in Canton, Massachusetts.
Jacobs said Frazier & Deeter has built a strong reputation for providing quality client service while investing in its people and growth. He said he is excited to join the firm at an important time.
He added that he looks forward to helping the firm build on its growth in Charlotte and working with clients and teams across the region.
