KMS Technology Appoints Jason Wojahn as CEO

Jason Wojahn has 30 years of experience building and scaling global technology services companies. He previously co-founded and led Thirdera, a leading ServiceNow consultancy acquired by Cognizant in 2024, where he also worked on AI and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Earlier, he led Accenture’s global ServiceNow business following the acquisition of Cloud Sherpas, helping scale enterprise workflow solutions. He also held leadership roles at IBM Global Services. In addition, he serves as an Operating Advisor to Sunstone Partners and is on the boards of OSF Digital and 66degrees.

Early focus areas include complex enterprise workflows such as software delivery, revenue operations and workforce management, where disconnected systems, poor data quality, and unclear responsibilities often reduce efficiency. By combining engineering, data and AI, KMS Technology aims to improve execution speed, decision making and overall business results.

KMS Technology will continue expanding its global engineering presence and enterprise partnerships while shifting from an AI enabled services model to an AI native approach, where software actively helps execute work and business success is measured by outcomes rather than effort.
