Its platform checks travel requirements based on a passenger’s passport, destination and reason for travel. AI agents work in parallel to review documents, verify eligibility, check for fraud, complete forms and submit applications to relevant government and airline systems.
The platform integrates into the booking processes of airlines, travel management companies and online travel agencies. This allows travelers to learn about entry requirements soon after booking and complete the necessary steps through a guided process.

Intellivisa will use the funding to expand its operations and development efforts.

Who founded Intellivisa?
Intellivisa was founded in 2022 by Srijan Magon, and Sudeepa Singh. The company is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, and develops technology to simplify international travel clearance.
"Today, a traveler has two options for clearing international borders. They do it themselves, researching the rules, figuring out which documents count, filling out forms, managing declarations, scheduling embassy appointments and submitting everything to the government, hoping they got it right. Or they pay a lot for an agency to do it for them. Neither option is ideal, and both are full of friction," said Sudeepa Singh, CEO and Co-founder of Intellivisa.
“International travel has been transformed by digital booking, loyalty program apps and virtual customer service agents, but the entry-compliance experience hasn’t kept pace,” said Gary Benerofe, General Partner at Mu Ventures. “Intellivisa is deploying agentic workflows in exactly the way they should be used - to solve an incredibly manual process that bogs down traveler experience as well as travel management and airline operations.
Market and Business Growth
Intellivisa supports travelers across 195 countries, according to the company.
Its platform is designed to handle document verification, eligibility checks, government forms and travel authorization submissions through an integrated workflow. The company is building partnerships with airlines, travel management companies and online travel agencies to make clearance services available within the booking process.
What Happens Next?
Intellivisa plans to expand its operations and continue developing its AI-powered clearance platform. It aims to integrate its technology into more travel booking workflows, and simplify the process of securing required travel documents and authorizations.
