Georgia-Based Primero Games Acquires Win Systems

The acquisition will expand Primeros international presence, and product portfolio. It adds established slot and electronic roulette products, manufacturing capabilities and gaming operations across Latin America and the Caribbean. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquired business has more than 3,000 gaming positions across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama. Primero will continue supporting existing customers and products while adding its own game content, platform technology, and development resources.

Primero has a strong presence in the U.S. gaming market, offering game content, online gaming solutions, redemption kiosks, and an established omnichannel gaming platform.

The acquisition of Win Systems’ gaming division adds established products, manufacturing capabilities, and long-standing customer relationships in international markets.
