What is Evolutionary Operating System?
Evolutionary Operating System, also known as Evos, develops an AI platform that helps businesses automate operational tasks using the knowledge and decision-making skills of their most experienced employees.

Its autonomous operators learn how teams make decisions and carry out work within the software systems a business already uses. Instead of requiring employees to prompt AI for every task, companies can assign an operator a specific function and let it manage the work.
Evos learns from employee behaviour and decision patterns rather than relying only on written instructions. Operators take on tasks autonomously once their decisions consistently match those of the team. Businesses can choose how much human oversight they want.

Why the Funding Matters
Evos will use the funding to grow its team and expand the deployment of its autonomous operators across physical industries.
The company aims to help small and mid-sized businesses automate work that traditionally depends on experienced employees, particularly as skilled workers retire and their knowledge becomes harder to replace.
Who founded Evolutionary Operating System?
Evos was founded in 2026 by Urav Shah. The company is based in New York.
“The most capable system in many of these businesses is the person who has been there 20 years, and what they know has never been written down,” said Urav Shah, founder and CEO of Evos. “An Evos operator learns the job from these people, improves on it, and proves it can match them before it takes on any work by itself.
“Evos has helped us revolutionize our billing process with zero upfront investment, and also at an impressively fast speed measured in days and weeks,” said Mike Chalfant, president of MyFreightWorld. “It’s increased our accuracy and dramatically increased efficiency, which has ultimately led to a better experience for our customer base.
Market and Business Growth
Evos is targeting small and mid-sized businesses in industries such as freight, manufacturing, and other parts of the physical economy.
One freight brokerage uses an Evos operator to audit less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier invoices against its transportation management system (TMS).
According to the company, the operator made nearly 3,500 audit decisions at 97% accuracy during its first two months. In the most recent five weeks covered by the source, it also closed out more than $600,000 in invoice value.
Evos says tasks that might take consultants or implementation partners nine to 18 months can be handled by its platform in as little as 24 hours, from discovery to deployment.
