Rep AI Raises $6.2M in Funding Led by Silicon Road Ventures

Rep AI, a NYC-based provider of an AI platform purpose-built for ecommerce brands and online retailers, has raised $6.2 million in a funding round led by Silicon Road Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Osage Venture Partners, Flashpoint Venture Capital and strategic investor Zendesk. The new funding round follows the company’s previous $8.2 million Series A raise announced in August 2024.

The company plans to use the funds to speed up product innovation, expand its market presence, and support business growth.

Rep AI helps brands manage customer engagement across the entire shopping experience, from understanding shopper intent before a purchase to improving conversions and handling post-purchase support. By combining multiple AI and customer experience tools into one platform, Rep AI helps ecommerce businesses operate more efficiently and increase revenue.

As companies adopt AI more quickly, investors are supporting platforms that can deliver real business results at scale instead of disconnected experiments. According to McKinseys 2025 State of AI report 78% of organization's now use AI in at least one business area, showing a major shift from testing AI to using it in daily operations.
