Elevate Appoints Wade Clark as CGO

In this role, Clark will drive growth across Elevate’s partner firms by building a unified, data driven growth system. His work will support the company’s M&A strategy, and strengthen advisory relationships across the organization.

Most recently, Clark spent 9 years at Moss Adams, where he built and expanded a sales-coaching program supporting more than 1,000 partners, directors, and senior managers across 45 practices within a $1.3 billion firm. Earlier, as Chief Growth Officer at Carr Riggs & Ingram, he created the firm’s first growth function and helped increase revenue from $70 million to $100 million in three years.

Before that, at BKD, he played a key role in growing the firm from $190 million to $400 million, mainly through organic growth. He is also the author of Meaningful Success in Business and Simplifying Complex Sales, with the latter recognized by Accounting Today as one of the best books on selling professional services.
