Corvex, Inc., a company that builds GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, has appointed Patrick A. Fleury to its Board of Directors, subject to shareholder approval at its upcoming annual meeting.

Fleury is currently the Chief Financial Officer of TeraWulf Inc., which develops and operates environmentally sustainable, large-scale data centers for AI and high-performance computing.

Patrick Fleury joins Corvex, Inc. at an important stage of its growth, following its recent public listing. The company is expanding its AI infrastructure platform and preparing to launch its token factory business. His experience in infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate governance will support this next phase.

Since joining TeraWulf Inc. in 2022, shortly after its public listing, Fleury has helped raise more than $8 billion to build data center infrastructure and expand into AI and high-performance computing. His experience growing a newly public computing company closely matches Corvex's plans to expand its infrastructure while meeting customer demand and securing funding.
