Ensurge Micropower secures $2M convertible loan at 77% premium to market price

Ensurge Micropower ASA has secured commitments of NOK 21 million through a convertible loan financing of up to NOK 35 million.
The company will use the funds for working capital and other general business needs, including further development.
The Norwegian battery developer will issue unsecured convertible loans at NOK 1.00 per share. This represents a 77.3% premium to its closing share price of NOK 0.564 on September 25, 2026.

The loans will carry a 10% annual interest rate with interest added to the loan amount and will mature on December 31, 2027. Lenders will also receive three warrants for every NOK 5 invested, with the same conversion price. The financing also includes anti-dilution protection.
Ensurge Micropower will use the funds for general business needs, including working capital and further development. Arctic Securities is managing the financing. Both existing shareholders and new investors can participate, with a minimum investment of EUR 100,000 or its equivalent.
