Flock, a pioneer in helping rental property owners exit their investments tax-efficiently, has announced the successful close of a $20 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Renegade Partners, with continued support from existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Primary Venture Partners, Susa Ventures, and 1Sharpe Ventures. As part of the announcement, Renata Quintini, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Renegade Partners, will join Flock’s Board of Directors.
This funding milestone supports the next phase of growth for Flock Homes, Inc., as the company expands beyond single-family rentals into new real estate asset classes—starting with Multifamily and Manufactured Housing. These segments, long dominated by fragmented ownership, represent a strategic growth area where Flock aims to offer the same seamless, tax-advantaged exit model that has earned them the trust of over 150 families and helped grow their Single Family Rental Fund to more than 860 homes valued at nearly $200 million.

“Our mission from day one has been to create a cost-efficient, low-stress exit path for rental property owners,” said Ari Rubin, Founder and CEO of Flock. “By bringing the benefits of the 721 Exchange—once reserved for the ultra-wealthy—to everyday Americans, we’re transforming how people transition out of real estate ownership. This funding round validates our model and allows us to scale further and faster.”
Flock’s Multifamily strategy will target buildings with 5 to 200 units in collaboration with local operating partners, while the Manufactured Housing initiative will focus on mobile home park communities with 5 to 500 units, primarily across the West, Midwest, and South.
The capital infusion will be used to grow Flock’s team, enhance its proprietary technology to improve operational efficiency, and expand into additional asset classes including Self-Storage, Small Bay Industrial, and Retail. Importantly, the raise applies solely to Flock’s management company and does not alter the structure or terms of its investment fund, ensuring uninterrupted service and stability for existing clients.
With thousands of inbound inquiries and a strict commitment to price, quality, and risk standards, Flock continues to reshape the real estate exit experience in the U.S.
