Fractal Appoints Leandro DalleMule as Chief Practice Officer

In this role, DalleMule will lead Fractal's global FSI business, oversee strategy and client success, drive AI innovation for financial institutions and insurers, and help expand the company's capabilities, partnerships, and AI solutions for customers.

Fractal Analytics Ltd. helps financial institutions and insurers use AI to improve customer experience, manage risk and fraud, streamline underwriting and claims, optimize pricing, and support compliance. Its agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, includes industry solutions such as AI-powered underwriting and sales tools that help speed up decisions, improve productivity, and support business growth.

Leandro DalleMule brings more than 30 years of experience in AI, data, and analytics. Before joining Fractal, he was a Managing Director in Deloitte's Financial Services AI & Data practice. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at AIG, Citibank, BlackRock, and Planck, where he helped build an AI platform for insurance that was acquired by Applied Systems in 2024.

Leandro DalleMule earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a professional certificate in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of São Paulo.
