Groq, a leader in fast AI inference, has secured a $640M Series D round at a valuation of $2.8B. The round was led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock Private Equity Partners with participation from both existing and new investors, including Neuberger Berman and Type One Ventures, and strategic investors, including Cisco Investments, Global Brain’s KDDI Open Innovation Fund III, and Samsung Catalyst Fund.

Flyr

FLYR, the technology company that unlocks freedom to innovate for the travel industry, announced a $295 million capital raise to accelerate the delivery of modern reservation systems, elevate digital channels, and enable AI-based decision automation for the world’s largest airlines and hospitality brands.

Abnormal Security

Abnormal Security, the leader in AI-native human behavior security, announced the close of its Series D funding round, with total expected proceeds of $250 million at a $5.1 billion valuation.

Shinobi Therapeutics

CA-based Neon has raised $25.6 million strategic investment led by M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund. Other participation includes existing investors Abstract Ventures, General Catalyst, Menlo Ventures, and Notable Capital. This latest investment brings Neon’s total funding to $130.6 million since its founding in 2021.
