GHK Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, announced the appointment of Ben Stolbach as Head of Strategic Relationships.

In this new role, he will focus on strengthening the firm’s key external relationships and improving how GHK sources, evaluates, and supports investment opportunities.

As Head of Strategic Relationships, Ben Stolbach will lead business development and manage GHK Capital Partners’ executive network, helping the firm stay connected to top operating and advisory talent.

He will also manage relationships with consulting partners, lenders, bankers, and brokers to ensure that deal flow aligns with the firm’s investment focus.

Ben Stolbach will continue to serve on GHK Capital Partners’ Investment Committee and remain on several portfolio company boards. This ensures continuity for existing investments and supports the firm’s governance processes.

“Ben has played a central role in building GHK and shaping how we engage with our partners, and his new role as Head of Strategic Relationships reflects both his track record of relationship-building and the evolving needs of our firm,” said Gil Klemann, Founder and Managing Partner of GHK. “By focusing his time on business development, our executive and advisory networks, and the alignment of our deal flow with GHK’s strategy, Ben will help us further institutionalize the relationship-driven approach that is at the core of how we invest. We are excited for him to take on this role and confident that his leadership in these areas will support the continued success of GHK.”
