Grey Wind Capital Partners with Maher Services and F. G. Sullivan

Maher Services, which partnered with Grey Wind in August 2025 serves as the platform for the combined business while FG Sullivan joined on June 1, 2026. The company is based in North Reading Massachusetts, with a second location in Lancaster and both businesses will continue operating under their existing names.

The investments are part of Grey Wind’s strategy to bring together New England’s fragmented water well services market into a more integrated and scalable platform. Co-CEOs Daniel Chase and Laurent Firlotte will lead the combined company.
